1. Is your laboratory recognized by Government?

Yes, RAL is accredited by NABL, DST, Government of India vide certificated no. s T-353, T-0606 and T-1491 for chemical, biological and mechanical fields respectively.

2. Which institutions recognize your laboratory?

NABL, DST, Ministry of science & Technology, BIS, New Delhi; APEDA, Ministry of Commerce; AGMARK; DGS & D; DGQA, Ministry of Defence; DHS, Ministry of health and various other institutions.

3. What testing methods do you follow?

RAL follows National/International test methods like IS, AOAC, APHA, EPA, ASTM and other laboratory developed validated methods.

4. Are your testing charges competitive with other laboratories?

Yes. Our testing charges are very reasonable and at par with others.

5. How fast can you give the results?

It depends on the number and types of tests to be conducted. Normally results are released within three to four days time after receipt of sample/payment.

6. What are your working hours/off days?

RAL works six days a week from 9.15 AM to 5.45 PM, Monday to Saturday.

7. How can we send you the samples?

By courier, transport, air cargo or by hand delivery.

8. What is your procedure for sending the reports?

If payment is sent along with the samples, reports can be sent through courier, fax, registered post or email.

9. How can we make the payment?

Hundred percent in advance, along with sample, either by cash or DD drawn in favour of Reliable Analytical Laboratories payable at Thane.

10. Can we enter in to a contract for regular analysis?

Yes, if terms and conditions are mutually agreeable, we can enter into the contract for a predefined period.

11. Can you help us solve our technical problems?

Wherever possible we are willing to share our knowledge and provide possible technical solutions to your problems.

12. What, if we doubt your results?

At Reliable, samples are tested in duplicate by using standard test methods, calibrated instruments and volumetric glassware by expert and trained testing personnel, however if you still doubt the test results please register your complaint with our Technical Manager and we promise you to investigate into the matter and inform you the outcome.

13. Do you provide training?

Yes. Periodically, you may inform us about your areas of interest and check our date for the training.

14. Do you undertake projects?

Yes. We have already undertaken and successfully completed several projects.

15. Are your instruments calibrated and traceable?

Reliable has a prescheduled calibration programme through which care is taken to maintain calibrated status for all the instruments and measuring equipments round the year.

16. Do you have required Reference Materials with you?

Yes. Presently Reliable is having more than 350 Reference Materials imported from the best available sources in the world.

17. Do you have expert professionals to conduct special analysis?

Reliable has fully trained, experienced and well qualified technical staff including Doctors, Masters and Engineers in respective fields, dedicated to discharge their duties to full satisfaction of the management and our clients.

18. How long do you keep the test records?

Records of all the samples tested along with details about calibration, traceability, methodology and calculations are kept for three years as per guidelines of ISO: 17025.

19. How does Reliable Analytical Laboratories ensure timely dispatch of the test reports/ calibration certificates/ Inspection & Survey reports etc.,?

The reports and certificates on the different services being rendered by Reliable Analytical Laboratories are invariably sent well within the target date agreed with the customer at the time of accepting the concerned service. In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the same is duly informed to the concerned customer in advance by telephone/e-mail/letter. If the reports / certificates while different services is not received by any customer within 3 working days of the committed target date, they can contact to the Customer Service Cell.

20. If we have a complaint, how will you handle it?

Reliable has a well-documented procedure to attend to all sorts of complaints. Kindly approach our Technical Manager directly in case of any complaints.
