If we take year 2002 as a landmark year and compare our growth in relation to Human Resources, our manpower has increased from a modest 15 members of the team to a big family of 175 scientists including Doctors, Engineers, Masters and various Technical experts, Administrators and Business development professionals in year 2008.

Reliable was operating from 3 places in year 2002 compared to 35 places covering all the major states of the country in year 2008 and we are still growing and establishing new operational bases.

In the year 2002 where Reliable had only 2 departments viz. Chemical and Instrumental, today we have grown into various fields and have more than 22 departments covering Chemical, Microbiological, Biotechnology, Mol Bio, Instrumental, Residues, Food, Pharma and Cosmetics, Water, Packaging, Mechanical, Calibration in Electrical, Mechanical and Thermal, Survey and Inspection, Training, Technical Courses, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Consultancy etc.
